The Tall Ship at Glasgow Harbour

Kelvingrove Art Gallery and Museum
One of the finest civic collections in Europe is housed within this Glasgow landmark. Open Monday to Sunday 10am-5pm.
Museum of Transport
The Museum of Transport in the Kelvin Hall houses many exhibits of national and international importance. The museum uses its collections of vehicles and models to tell the story of transport by land and sea, with a unique Glasgow flavour. Open Monday to Sunday 10am-5pm.
Gallery of Modern Art
The Gallery of Modern Art is the second most visited contemporary art gallery outside London, offering a thought-provoking programme of temporary exhibitions and workshops. It displays work by local and international artists as well as addressing contemporary social issues through its major biannual projects. Open Monday to Sunday 10am-5pm.
Glasgow Science Centre
Glasgow Science Centre - two attractions in one destination. The Science Mall has three floors packed with exhibits, interactive workshops and live science shows. The IMAX cinema shows 2D and 3D films that will amaze and astound. Open Monday to Sunday 10am-6pm.
Botanic Gardens
A variety of themes of horticultural and botanical interest are found in the grounds as well as attractive walks by the River Kelvin. Its immaculate formal gardens and arboretum provide a welcome break from the bustle of the West End . Open Monday to Sunday 7am-dusk.
Burrell Collection
When Sir William Burrell gifted his collection of over 9,000 works of art to Glasgow, the city acquired one of the greatest collections created by one person. You can wander round important collections of medieval art, tapestries, alabasters, stained glass and English oak furniture, European paintings, including works by Degas and Cézanne, an important collection of Islamic art, and modern sculpture including works by Epstein and Rodin. Open Monday to Sunday 10am-5pm.
People's Palace
The People's Palace is Glasgow's social history museum and a chance to see the story of the people and city of Glasgow from 1750 to the present. You can see paintings, prints and photographs displayed alongside a wealth of historic artefacts, film and computer interactives. Open Monday to Sunday 10am-5pm.
